Support for South Suburban Family Caregivers

Caring Together, Living Better is a partnership-based program funded in part by a grant to AgeOptions from the Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Foundation.

Caregivers — family members and friends who care for older adults — face daily challenges that often leave them feeling isolated and overwhelmed. In this community partnership, AgeOptions and south suburban churches and organizations are working to develop programs to support family caregivers.

Caring Together, Living Better is guided by a leadership council of south suburban residents and community leaders in collaboration with AgeOptions:
